Job Summary
Oversee the Stewarding team to ensure Back of House areas maintain the highest cleanliness standards and that all cleaning schedules are completed. Lead daily operations by supervising sanitation, hygiene, and equipment maintenance while coordinating with Executive Chefs on kitchen cleaning schedules and operating par stocks. Manage staff effectiveness through recruiting, training, and performance evaluations, and prepare monthly reports on supply shortages to manage budgetary requirements. Enforce proper use of chemicals, dish room machinery, and food handling standards to ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of restaurant, hospitality or food service experience
- Two (2) year of management experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening / investigation
- Must obtain and maintain Food Handler's Certification (G-9)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in good standing
- Must be able to submit supporting documentation of education and training to support qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to taste or smell
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in a moderate and occasionally high noise level
- Must be able to work in hot temperatures
- Must be able to work near moving equipment and/or machinery

- Evening and/or weekend work may be required
- Travel may be required for training, meetings, conferences, presentations, and other events
- Must be able to work with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
