Job Summary
Senior STEM Content Analyst to join the Policy/Restrictions Content Team in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on researching, sourcing, evaluating, interpreting, and entering payer restrictions data into a database using Gen AI, collaborating with the Restrictions team for consistency, and supporting automation workflows and ad-hoc research projects. The team operates in a hybrid model (office up to 3 days/week) and spans the US, India, and Canada. The position requires clinical knowledge, high accuracy, and experience in market access or managed care data, with responsibilities including storage of documentation, validation, and acting as a training resource for junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Pharmaceutical Science
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare, formulary management and/or policy/restrictions
- Understanding of benefit design and management strategies
