Job Summary
Execute and deliver Investment Operations processes ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls. Provide advice and guidance to business groups on solution implementation while resolving standard issues and escalating non-routine matters. Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support strategic initiatives. Check and reconcile information to ensure accuracy, followed by timely transaction processing and response to stakeholder requests. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new processes, systems, and training tools. Apply risk management frameworks to make sound decisions that protect assets and align with business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes and controls
- In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
- Good prioritization skills
- In-depth customer service skills
- In-depth PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
- In-depth Verbal & written communication skills
- In-depth Collaboration & team skills
- In-depth Analytical and problem solving skills
