Job Summary
Spearhead module-level test development by designing automation frameworks, leading a team of engineers, and optimizing cross-functional test processes. Analyze test results to debug programs and correlate process weak spots with performance data while driving continuous improvement in methodologies. Represent the team in high-level technical discussions and establish best practices for test engineering. Apply advanced knowledge of Java and C++ to ensure highest quality standards for cutting-edge products within Sandisk's global Flash memory portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in test development engineering
- Advanced knowledge of test development methodologies and best practices
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java and C++
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in test development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Data analysis to debug test program and analyze correlation between process weak spot and test results
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Skill to code in either of C / C++ / C# / Java
