Job Summary
Build optimized data pipelines and a data lake for an AI/ML environment by developing ETL solutions based on world-class architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end data pipeline solutions that support memory technology innovation. Work with end users to enhance their capability to utilize data for device development while reporting progress to upper management. Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in Python programming within a fast-moving environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum BS degree in Information Engineering, Programming Engineering, Data Science or a similar program
- 10-15 years of experience in system engineering
- Proven track record of successful application / data store development
- In-depth knowledge of IT application architect
- Experience on application development
- Experience on problem determination
- Experience on continuous enhancement
- Experience on maintenance
- Deep understanding on database architecture
- Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Python programming
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people
- Proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team
- Must be able to work in Fujisawa City, Japan
