Job Summary

Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager for Datacenter Capacity Delivery (E2E) leads end-to-end delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity from forecast through go-live, coordinating real estate, power, design, procurement, construction, and infrastructure readiness across internal teams and external partners. The role requires building integrated, milestone-driven plans, managing critical path schedules, collaborating with real estate, power, utilities, data center design, supply chain, construction, and operations teams, and acting as the primary interface with colocation providers, EPCs, utilities, and vendors. The candidate should bring 12-15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations, multi-site/vendor management experience, and expertise in electrical/mechanical systems, with a proven track record of uptime and performance improvements; familiarity with hyperscalers or AI infrastructure, liquid cooling, high-density racks, and long-lead planning is preferred. The position involves up to travel and requires strong communication, leadership, and program-management capabilities to translate demand signals into executable delivery plans and to drive time-to-capacity and cost-per-MW/GPU optimization; location preference is SF Bay Area with remote-work option and travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations
  • Experience managing multi-site, vendor-heavy environments
  • Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Proven track record in improving uptime and performance
  • Experience at hyperscalers (Google, Meta, Microsoft) or neo-cloud / AI infra companies (CoreWeave, Lambda, etc.)
  • Familiarity with high-density AI workloads (liquid cooling, >30kW racks, GPU clusters)
  • Experience with utility engagement and power delivery constraints
  • Long-lead supply chain planning (transformers, switchgear, chillers)
  • Commissioning and data center handover processes
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments with limited structure
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
