Job Summary
Senior Staff Solutions Engineer in NYC responsible for hands-on, customer-facing deployment of AI/ML workloads on Crusoe’s GPU infrastructure. Lead end-to-end deployment from PoC to post-sales optimization, architect and deploy ML workloads on Kubernetes-based stacks (Ray, Kubeflow), and help customers migrate workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You’ll conduct workshops and live demos, translate workloads between cloud-native and Crusoe-native approaches, and provide feedback to engineering/product teams to improve the platform. Requires deep Kubernetes expertise (7+ years), MLOps deployment experience, and strong cross-cloud infrastructure knowledge; solid communication and collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Sales are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years building and deploying containerized workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience with Helm, Terraform, Docker, and multi-node orchestration
- MLOps deployment experience on Kubernetes (Ray, MLflow, Airflow)
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with multi-cloud translation experience
- Customer-facing technical confidence and ability to lead technical engagements
- Strong Linux and CLI proficiency
- Collaborative cross-functional communication skills (Engineering, Product, Sales)
