Job Summary
Own account-system subsystems end-to-end, including authentication, MFA, Passkey/WebAuthn, and session trust at millions-of-DAU scale. Design secure, low-friction flows and partner with risk teams to turn threat models into shipped mobile defenses. Build AI-native engineering practices by designing automated workflows and harnesses that leverage agents and evals for delivery quality. Raise the bar through design and code reviews to mentor engineers and set technical direction for the account platform backbone.
Required Qualifications
- current right to work in Hong Kong
- do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa
- Deep, hands-on experience building native iOS and/or Android
- understand the platform, not just a framework on top of it
- Experience with a cross-platform / shared business-logic layer
- Fluent in at least one of: Swift / Kotlin / Rust / Objective-C / Java / JavaScript
- strong CS fundamentals
- Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps
- applied maintainable design patterns
- own solutions from requirements through to production
- Hands-on with mobile authentication & security
- OAuth/OIDC
- MFA
- secure storage (Keychain/Keystore)
- biometrics
- Solid grasp of threat modeling
- mobile attack surface
- Comfortable with ambiguity

- debugged problems that only appear under real production load
Desired Qualifications
- direct Rust-on-mobile experience
- experience with any shared-logic approach — KMP, Flutter, or React Native
- Direct experience with Passkey / WebAuthn / FIDO2
- You apply AI deeply in your own engineering
