Job Summary
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and access patterns for healthcare products, utilizing AWS and distributed processing tools to solve complex data issues and perform root cause analysis. Lead development by documenting technical scope, driving collaborative code reviews, and implementing continuous integration and deployment frameworks. Partner with business stakeholders and architecture leads to ensure quality solutions adhere to engineering standards while coaching junior engineers and maintaining a culture of high collaboration. Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical issues outside standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industrial experience with Cloud and serverless technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Azure DevOps CI/CD

- Experience implementing fully automated pipelines with multi-stage validation
- Familiarity with SQL Server
- Familiarity with Snowflake
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Proven ability to drive test automation maturity, reduce manual testing, eliminate flakiness, and improve reliability through automation
- Experience with monitoring, proactive stability improvements, and automated alerting
- Proficient in test automation for microservices, containerized environments, and orchestrated systems (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Primarily sedentary; ability to sit for extended periods
- Occasionally lift to 10 lbs
- Predominantly office/indoor working conditions
- Travel <10% (primarily local; training and collaboration)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with service meshes and asynchronous/event-streaming systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS)
- Advanced performance testing and benchmarking experience (k6, JMeter, Gatling)
- Security automation experience: vulnerability scanning, static analysis, secrets validation
- Experience leading org-wide automation transformations, platform migrations, or quality initiatives
