Job Summary
Design and build AI-powered internal systems for support, legal, finance, and other functions, owning the underlying infrastructure that keeps them running in production. Embed with cross-functional partners to understand workflows, surface problems, and prioritize the next builds, while partnering with engineering teams to expand AI-enabled tooling and operational patterns. Establish the engineering foundation for a function that will grow alongside the company, ensuring reliable, observable, and extensible systems. This is a 0→1 role with real ownership and a direct line to company-wide impact, working onsite five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping internal tooling or systems that support business functions
- Hands-on familiarity with the current landscape of AI for software engineering, including LLMs, AI APIs, and agentic workflows
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with non-engineering partners
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the US
- This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on a platform, developer experience, or enterprise engineering team where internal teams were your primary customers
- Familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms
- Experience standing up observability and operational practices for internal systems from scratch
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where the problem space is still being defined
