Senior Staff Red Team Engineer

Senior Staff Red Team Engineer responsible for leading end-to-end Red Team engagements to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations, develop custom tooling and payloads that bypass security controls, and simulate real-world attacks across on-premise and cloud environments. You will deliver detailed technical findings, mitigation plans, and executive-level briefings, while leveraging adversarial TTPs and bleeding-edge AI research to enhance offensive security capabilities. The role requires strong communication, autonomy, and the ability to operate within fast-paced, distributed teams; the position is fully remote within the United States.
