Job Summary
Building scalable ML systems for search ranking and personalized discovery; design features and models to improve ad targeting, relevance, and engagement; work with transformer-based models, embeddings, vector search, LLMs, and multi-modal learning; develop pipelines with Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow, and MLflow; collaborate across product/engineering/data science teams; mentor engineers; expect production ML systems and real-time serving for a large e-commerce platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistics or closely related fields
- 7+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with experience in building production grade ML systems
