Job Summary
Senior Staff Programmer, Supply Chain IT responsible for design, enhancement, and support of mission-critical Order Promising and Blue Yonder solutions with focus on SAP S/4HANA integration and downstream systems. Acts as a Techno-Functional Architect for Blue Yonder, leads SIT/UAT, designs scalable integrations across SAP S/4HANA and downstream systems, mentors junior developers, collaborates with business stakeholders and third-party vendors, and drives cross-functional initiatives across SAP, Order Management, Scheduling, and Finance. Emphasizes methodologies including Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, and TDD; works with offshore/distributed teams and develops user stories and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Order Promising and ESP / SCP solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Order Promising solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Blue Yonder application landscape, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience designing and implementing demand management and order prioritization strategies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Proven experience integrating SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) with Blue Yonder solutions
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing supply chains; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex interactions among people, processes, and technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success working in Agile environments and adapting to changing priorities
