Job Summary
Senior Staff Product Manager to own Last Mile e-commerce product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap; lead customer discovery and validation with enterprise and retail accounts; translate strategy into shippable requirements and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver; influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market without direct authority; mentor PMs and set standards for the org; requires senior product leadership, strong customer instinct, and ability to work across functionally diverse teams. Travel to global project44, customers, and partner locations is possible. Background in last mile, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus; a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of product management leadership are required.
