Job Summary
Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives across the IT Complete portfolio. Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights while owning complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and platforms. Translate requirements into specifications and prioritize frameworks, partnering with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable solutions. Lead roadmap planning and investment decisions based on business value, establishing metrics to evaluate success. Influence executive decision-making through business cases and champion customer-centric practices across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Mentor Product Managers and serve as a thought leader through internal and external engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes
- Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions
- Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or equivalent)
