Senior / Staff Product Desiger (m/f/x) - Digital Health

Own product design end to end, partnering with product at problem discovery, then owning it through research, hypotheses, UX, high-fidelity UI, handover, and iteration. Start with the "why": understand complex medical and regulatory challenges, frame testable hypotheses, and agree on success metrics before building. Lead focused discovery with patients and healthcare professionals to turn insight into clear product direction. Design simple, buildable experiences that make clinical, behavioural, data, AI, and regulatory complexity understandable. Maintain and improve the design system to speed up delivery. Use AI thoughtfully in the product experience, designing for trust, safety, and clinical relevance. This role starts with the problem, not the pixel, requiring 5+ years of hands-on product design experience and professional-level German and English.
