Senior Staff / Manager - Ground Systems Project Engineering

Senior Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager to build and lead the Ground Systems Project Engineering function for site design, construction, deployment, launch, service operations, NPI, process improvement, and field feedback. You will own cross-disciplinary technical problem-solving spanning mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, site infrastructure, construction, serviceability, installation, commissioning, operations, and field execution; coordinate across Engineering, Product, Operations, Construction, Service Operations, Launch, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure hardware readiness for real-site deployment; lead fast technical investigations, trade studies, root-cause analyses, and design reviews; establish and maintain feedback loops from Construction, Operations, Service Operations, Launch, and existing sites to feed lessons learned back to upstream engineering, design, product, and operations; create lightweight processes ( intake mechanisms, prioritization, technical review cadence, NPI readiness gates, decision records, field feedback loops, issue triage, lessons-learned routines ); support site-specific technical decisions balancing safety, cost, schedule, reliability, maintainability, and speed; build the team and operating model needed to support more sites, higher deployment velocity, and increasing technical complexity; and drive a culture of practical engineering focused on durable site solutions.
