Job Summary
Develop Cloud Security Products for enterprise customers by driving identity management and owning the roadmap for AI Agent Security and Governance. Evangelize product presentations and serve as the voice for internal and customer stakeholders to build consensus on product priorities. Lead projects through development by integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into requirements, while communicating complex problems into clear solutions. Drive the engineering roadmap, provide leadership documentation, and coach team members to deliver high-quality products. Transform product requirements into actionable roadmaps and influence efforts across diverse groups to bring solutions to life.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels
