Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior-Staff Full-stack Software Engineer to help develop technology that connects parents with pediatricians through innovative platforms. This role requires mastery of full-stack technologies, particularly Django, and experience with MVC frameworks. You will be involved in projects like eardrum detection models and developmental milestone screeners. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a history of owning and delivering projects, and is data-driven in their approaches. A collaborative spirit and a focus on simplicity and maintainability in solutions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- More than four years of experience working as a software engineer for Senior roles
- A minimum of six years of experience for Staff roles
- Full-stack generalist with experience in HTML, SQL, deployment infrastructure
- Experience in developing algorithms and features in a healthcare context
- Ability to work independently and own projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Django or Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of MVC frameworks
- Ability to solve challenging problems
- Experience leading people and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with WebRTC and React Native
