Senior Staff Frontier Agents Engineer

Senior Staff Frontier Agents Engineer responsible for architecting and deploying production AI solutions for enterprise customers. Lead integration with customers' data environments, design multi-agent AI systems, implement evaluation and optimization frameworks (prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings), and provide technical leadership across customer engagements. Responsibilities include partnering with enterprise clients to understand infrastructure and data pipelines, building data connectors and ETL processes, deploying AI models and agents within security/compliance boundaries, developing production-grade agent architectures across domains (customer support, data analysis, content generation, workflow automation), creating prompt libraries and conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with product/engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable improvements. Required expertise spans Python, modern ML/AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Sample projects demonstrate multi-agent deployments, churn analytics, and healthcare data workflows.
