Job Summary
Senior Staff Engineer, Teamcenter role requires leading design and implementation of scalable Teamcenter technical solutions. Youâll provide architecture leadership and governance across Teamcenter landscapes and PLM ecosystems, design and govern Teamcenter workflows, EBOM/MBOM structures, and engineering change processes, oversee Teamcenter-SAP integrations (T4S, ECM, MM, DIR, BOM), govern ITK-based customizations and Java development, lead Active Workspace customization, and drive JT visualization and digital mock-up solutions. Youâll establish development standards, enforce code quality, and manage version control (GIT/SVN), collaborating with stakeholders and enterprise architects to define PLM roadmaps and solution strategies while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability across Teamcenter implementations. You will provide technical mentoring, architecture reviews, and guidance to development and support teams and troubleshoot complex Teamcenter and integration issues while driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years total experience
- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and administration
- Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter Configuration, Data Model, BMIDE, and Workflow Management
- Strong experience in Teamcenter SAP Integration, including T4S integration with SAP ECM, MM, DIR, and BOM processes
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK development, customization, and server-side extensions
- Strong knowledge of EBOM/MBOM management, engineering change management, and PLM processes
- Experience governing and managing Teamcenter workflows, business rules, and change management processes
- Hands-on experience with Active Workspace configuration, customization, and extensions
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter server-side architecture and Java development governance
- Experience with JT Visualization, viewing technologies, and digital product representation
- Proficiency in version control systems including GIT and SVN
- Strong understanding of PLM integration architecture, data synchronization, and enterprise application integration
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills
- Experience working in Solution Architect or Technical Architect roles within Teamcenter/PLM environments
- Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
