Job Summary
Senior Staff Engineer for Salesforce Health Cloud role responsible for leading end-to-end Health Cloud architecture and delivery for large healthcare implementations. You will apply deep Health Cloud knowledge (Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, Utilization Management) to drive architectural decisions across Salesforce core, extensions, integrations, data models, and automation. Provide hands-on leadership with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs; define integration architecture using REST/SOAP, middleware, and standards like FHIR/HL7; ensure robust EHR/EMR integrations and payer/provider workflows. Own the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support, govern technical design and debt, and mentor multi-shore teams. Advocate DevOps and CI/CD practices (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), collaborate with program managers on scope and timelines, and drive innovation, PoCs, and platform evolution within an Agile/Scaled Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consulting mindset to align architecture with client needs and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/PHI).
Required Qualifications
- Total Experience: 7.5+ years
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large, enterprise healthcare implementations
- Deep expertise in Health Cloud features: Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, Utilization Management
- Strong leadership translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
- Architectural decisions covering Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, automation
- Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs
- REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7
- EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, patient/member lifecycle management
- Lead all phases of delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, post-go-live support
- Technical governance, design/code reviews, manage architectural risks and technical debt
- Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams (developers, admins, QA, offshore)
- DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
- Collaborate with program managers on scope, timelines, risks, delivery commitments
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, PoCs, platform enhancements
- Roadmap planning, release strategy, long-term platform evolution
- Experience in Agile / Scaled Agile environments; sprint planning and release management
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management
- Mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of delivery
- Understand and apply technology integration scenarios and troubleshooting
