Job Summary
Develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules using Kotlin or Rust while undertaking end-to-end project delivery. Resolve technical risks and online faults to ensure on-time, high-quality project launches. Provide technical support and communication for internal and external AI ecosystem partners, including sorting technical documents and operation specifications. Assist in developing technical solutions for customer business scenarios and output consultation materials. Requires full-time on-site presence at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors
- minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust
- practical commercial project development experience
- Familiar with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic of the language
- Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including basic concepts of large models, AI inference, vector database, or AI application development logic
- able to read and write technical documents smoothly
- Strong end-to-end project delivery capability
- able to independently push forward projects from demand confirmation to online stable operation
- Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle
