Job Summary
Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, deploying intelligent workflows via Oracle AI Agentic Studio and leveraging generative AI for predictive analytics and employee self-service. Implement Redwood UX customizations using Visual Builder Cloud Service and Page Composer, while building REST API integrations and OIC connections to enable seamless data exchange. Configure Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management modules, develop Fast Formulas and BI Publisher reports, and lead system integration testing, UAT, and production deployments. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable HR technologies and evaluate quarterly releases for new AI and Redwood capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 7.5+ years
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a techno-functional role
- Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Oracle Generative AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood UX, including Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Redwood themes, Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and UI personalization
- Proficiency in VBCS development, including custom applications, REST API integrations, service connections, event handlers, dashboards, and embedded pages
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and implementing HCM integration scenarios
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development for Core HR and Payroll, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, workflows, alerts, HDL, and HSDL
- Strong experience developing REST and SOAP web service integrations using Oracle Fusion HCM APIs
- Good understanding of Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration management, and Oracle Fusion HCM implementation methodologies
- Experience leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post-production support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly releases and continuous innovation initiatives is preferred
