Job Summary
Senior Staff Engineer - IT leading Change & Release Management across enterprise applications in a healthcare IT setting. Responsible for end-to-end change lifecycle and release management, coordinating multiple teams across locations, implementing ITSM Service Transition strategies, driving process improvements within SDLC, and delivering timely, controlled deployments. Must demonstrate leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication; familiarity with ITIL practices, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, and the ability to coordinate global teams and stakeholders. The role emphasizes governance, metrics, post-implementation reviews, and ensuring smooth go-live execution across core services and partner/vendor ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
- Bachelor-level technical degree (B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc/BSc-Computer Science) or equivalent
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices
- Certification in ITIL Foundations v4 preferred
- Experience with Agile and Scrum
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and Access experience
