Job Summary
Design and implement base software components including BSP, MCAL, bootloaders, and OS services for next-generation vehicles. Lead board bring-up, HAL integration, and low-level driver development while resolving complex hardware-software interactions. Drive improvements in diagnostics, automated testing, and software quality through static and dynamic analysis. Mentor engineering teams, lead tech stack selection, and guide strategic launch plans. Partner with hardware teams on component selection and interface with third-party vendors for stack tuning. This senior technical role focuses on developing reliable base software for a global automotive leader, requiring 10+ years of BSW development experience with expertise in C, C++, Java, and RTOS architectures.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in BSW development with a track record of bringing systems to mass production
- Expert in C, C++, Java, and HTML5
- deep knowledge of RTOS and embedded architectures
- Strong grasp of ISO 26262 functional safety

- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or related field
