Job Summary
Senior Staff Consultant - Account executive role focusing on IT Services sales across North America in Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Retail, and ISVs. Drive annual sales goals, prospecting and lead-generation, build and manage long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, collaborate with presales to create customized proposals, participate in RFPs, stay current on AI and IT Services trends, and represent the company at industry events. Requires 7+ years of sales experience in IT services, strong C-level relationships, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Location is remote in the US with full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Extensive experience in selling IT Services in North America
- Domain Expertise: Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Technology & Software
- 7 years+ of proven sales experience in a product/platform company or an IT consulting firm focusing on IT Services sales
- Great connections to C-Level customers
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota over the years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hunter mentality; ability to sell large, complex solutions
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
