Senior Staff Auditor – Data & Analytics

Job Summary
Partner with global Corporate Audit teams to design analytics-driven solutions that enhance audit quality and improve efficiency. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risks across security, system configurations, and business processes. Design and maintain reliable ETL/data pipelines, develop SQL and Python notebooks for advanced analytics including machine learning models, and create Power BI dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights. Automate repetitive workflows using Power Automate and build Power Apps to simplify interactions between audit teams and data sources. Leverage Databricks to develop scalable data and automation solutions while collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption of emerging technologies. Located in Mexico City with 5–10% travel required, this role supports PepsiCo's risk management and governance capabilities through innovative data approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python or another programming language
- 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
- Experience working with SQL and data preparation/ETL processes
- Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing projects or initiatives with limited oversight
- Fluent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks and notebooks
- Experience with machine learning, advanced analytics, or AI applications
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
- Certifications or formal training in programming, analytics, data science, or related technologies
- Exposure to audit, risk management, controls, cybersecurity, or business process analysis
