Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer specialized in ESD to design input matching networks alongside ESD protection in advanced process technology. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing ESD protection schemes for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP, reviewing circuit and layout designs, performing simulations, and ensuring compliance with ESD standards. Candidates should have strong knowledge in analog circuit design with experience in areas such as high-speed Serdes' input matching networks, semiconductor device physics, and the use of EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Strong understanding in analog circuit design
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD with 5+ years of experience preferred
- Experience in high-speed Serdes' input matching network
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Familiarity with analog blocks (regulators, amplifiers, filters, transceivers)
- Proficiency in ESD/Latchup standards and protection techniques
- Experience with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, SPICE)
