Job Summary
Senior Staff Accountant – Touring responsibilities include coordinating with Partners, Managers, Account Executives, and Assistant Account Executives on tour client accounts; handling tax mitigation applications (U.S. and foreign) and related forms (8802, 8821, 6166, CA590); preparing and reviewing tour budgets; managing show settlements and invoicing; ensuring insurance certificates and vendor contracts are up to date; and providing reporting and budget analysis to tax departments across multiple jurisdictions. Strong emphasis on cross-border tax forms, budget vs. actual analysis, and coordination with international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Prior tour experience
