Job Summary
Develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients by collaborating with Tax Partners and senior staff. Perform technical research to document recommendations, prepare individual and corporate tax returns, and collaborate on file planning within time constraints. Provide personal service to clients, identify service opportunities, and lead junior staff on deliverables while managing multiple projects with conflicting timelines. Requires CFE completion by Fall 2026 and 1-2 years of professional services experience. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE), at a minimum, writing the CFE Fall 2026
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm
- Experience leading junior staff on client deliverables
- Self-motivation with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions
- Strong proficiency in client-focused service
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting time lines
- A passion for tax work!
