Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary
Lead daily financial operations, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and manage month-end close activities in accordance with US GAAP. Maintain fixed asset records, analyze roll-forwards, and partner with plant operations to ensure accurate reflection of production changes. Implement ERP functionality, document standard operating procedures, and contribute to automation initiatives across finance. Review and approve payment activities including wires and ACH. This role supports the company's next stage of growth within a fast-evolving manufacturing environment by building scalable processes and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
- Strong understanding of fixed assets, construction accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, automation mindset) and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems and process optimization
Desired Qualifications
- BS in Accounting preferred
- Infor or Oracle experience preferred
