Job Summary
Manage monthly and annual close, maintain general ledger, and perform journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll while monitoring cash flow and aging. Oversee all purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing purchase orders within QuickBooks. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting for inventory and work-in-process in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure supply continuity and production delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing AP, AR, payroll, and purchasing functions
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Experience working in a small or lean organization
- Proficiency with QuickBooks systems and advanced Excel
- U.S. Person as defined under ITAR and EAR (citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States)
