Job Summary
Primary responsibilities include managing the procure-to-pay and accounts receivable processes, processing payroll and benefits, and preparing bank reconciliations and financial statement schedules. The role involves performing daily and month-end accounting routines, monitoring client cash positions, and presenting financials to management. Candidates should possess a BS/BA and five years of relevant experience, coupled with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in accounting and/or finance
- Five years related working experience, healthcare a plus
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statement reporting
- Leadership and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and solve problems
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels throughout a large organization and individuals from different cultures
- Solid oral and written communication skills including business writing skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
