Senior SQL Server & Healthcare Data Consultant

Job Summary
Develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data extracts to analyze clinical, encounter, charge, billing, claims, and payment data. Extract information from Paragon and related hospital systems to validate completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sources. Reconcile data to identify missing, duplicated, or incorrectly mapped records, supporting claim reconstruction and revenue recovery activities. Assist with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and normalization while analyzing charge capture to identify workflow failures. Collaborate with Data Architects on logical and physical mappings and partner with application, interface, revenue cycle, HIM, and coding teams. Develop reports for operational analysis, troubleshoot database issues, and document query logic and reconciliation methods. Communicate data risks and recommendations to project leadership. This engagement offers the opportunity to apply advanced SQL Server and healthcare data expertise to a complex hospital recovery initiative, working with experienced professionals to restore accurate billing and reimbursement operations.
