Job Summary
Senior SQE Engineer responsible for supplier development in manufacturing/service processes, including supplier qualification, PPAP/FAI, pilot runs, CAPA and ongoing quality system improvements. Performs supplier audits, ECO/ECN/SCR handling, and application of statistical techniques (MSA, FMEA, Gage R&R) to drive process capability and quality improvements. Guides cross-functional teams and ensures supplier performance meets ISO and regulatory standards, maintaining strong supplier relationships and facilitating continual quality enhancements across the supply base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience
