Job Summary
Design and implement test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems to reduce manual testing efforts. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure robust coverage across the development lifecycle. Lead and manage the team of SQA engineers, including conducting regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning. Drive the adoption of AI-powered testing tools and agentic AI solutions to improve testing speed, accuracy, and coverage. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and project managers to align on quality standards and ensure successful product delivery using Node.js, SvelteKit, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in testing, QA/QC, and test automation
- Strong understanding of and experience with two or more of the following: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright and Postman
- Expertise in two or more of the following tools: Jira, TestRail, git, Rest Assured, TestNG, qase.io, and Cucumber
- Experience working with programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/Typescript
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Web application & Mobile app development
