Architect and implement complex serial and special-purpose plants in TIA Portal V20, leading Functional Safety and Motion Control domains. Mentor 2–3 programmers through code reviews and coaching while managing resource planning and milestone tracking. Drive the strategic migration to WinCC Unified, establishing future-proof concepts and best practices. Leverage senior expertise in S7-1500 and drive technology to ensure clean interface designs.
