Job Summary
Senior Sports Sales Specialist who acts as a trusted advisor to student-athletes and families, leveraging a consultative sales approach to match student-athlete needs with NCSA memberships. Responsibilities include delivering detailed video demonstrations of online tools during evenings/weekends, serving as the key point of contact throughout the sales cycle, participating in sales team meetings via video, and leveraging CRM and other software. Must meet or exceed monthly sales goals and possess a passion for sports and world-class customer service. Required skills include a non-traditional schedule, 5+ years in sales or coaching, former collegiate athletic or coaching experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and general computer productivity tools, extensive knowledge of the athletic recruiting process, and a Bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales or coaching
- Former collegiate athletic or coaching experience
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends
- Competent with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service orientation and track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug test upon offer
