Job Summary
Senior Spokesperson contract assignment in a high-visibility corporate communications role within a vital public infrastructure sector. Overseeing media relations, reputation management, and strategic communications to support organizational objectives; advising senior leadership; coordinating press materials and public announcements; managing incidents and crisis communications; building relationships with national and regional media; translating complex technical topics into clear messaging for diverse audiences; requires HBO degree or equivalent in communications/PR and at least 5 years of spokesperson/media-relations experience. Based in Rotterdam with on-site responsibilities and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Completed HBO degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spokespersonship, corporate communications, or media relations
- Proven track record in media engagement, reputation management, and stakeholder communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
- Experience advising senior management and executives on communication and reputation-related matters
