Job Summary
Lead a small team of community speech pathologists delivering in-home, in-school, and on-site therapy across the Hills District while managing your own clinical caseload. Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and clinical supervision of staff, alongside overseeing caseload allocation, scheduling, and workflow. Maintain NDIS compliance and documentation standards while liaising with referrers, GPs, schools, and aged care facilities. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a warm handover from the outgoing Team Leader, flexible start dates, and direct access to practice owners. You will work with a mixed paediatric and adult caseload, including early intervention, AAC, and feeding disorders.
Required Qualifications
- SPA-eligible / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
- minimum of 4–5 years' post-graduate experience
- Prior community or mobile speech pathology experience
- Current Australian driver's licence
