Senior Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Manage a varied, community-based caseload across homes, schools, and outreach settings for individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, and adults. Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant-centred goals, then deliver evidence-based therapy that builds communication, participation, and independence. Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes. Tailor the caseload to your experience, interests, and professional goals, and support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
