Senior Speech Pathologist (Columbia County)

Senior Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patients and develops the speech/language plan of care across speech, language, voice, cognition and swallowing in collaboration with the physician. Responsibilities include implementing the speech language therapy treatment plan, selecting and adjusting activities to progress toward goals, providing patient and family education, delivering discharge instructions and referrals, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role requires collaboration with the physician and staff, adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, infection prevention, and participation in team meetings and mandatory education to maintain licensure.
