Job Summary
Senior Spectrum Manager role to support Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) under the Navy's EMS management program. Responsibilities include procurement and assignment of radio frequencies, preparing engineering data for frequency/telecommunications matters, participating in national and international meetings, analyzing spectrum data to resolve frequency conflicts, coordinating with federal and international officials, and directing studies of DoN radio frequency assignments to ensure spectrum efficiency for authorized Navy use. Basic qualifications require U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance and at least 10 years of spectrum-management experience; a BS/BA degree or graduation from IRFMS/FSM is preferred.
