Job Summary
Develop and execute broad-based recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and place sufficient volunteers to meet operational needs. Conduct targeted outreach through social media, professional associations, and in-person presentations to build a robust candidate pipeline. Provide coaching, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to volunteer recruitment teams and foster a culture of volunteerism. Collaborate with marketing to create effective recruitment materials and presentations, while maintaining accurate records of leads and producing status reports. Evaluate and refine recruitment strategies based on lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Ability to work on a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and continuously evolving priorities effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be computer savvy
- Must be a creative thinker
- Must be able to make decisions based on data
- Must reside in Orange or Beaumont TX
- May involve travel
