Job Summary
Vossloh is seeking a Senior Specialist Total Rewards to engage in global compensation and benefits activities. Responsibilities include supporting salary reviews, conducting market benchmarking, and collaborating with HR on Total Rewards topics. Candidates should possess a degree in HR or related fields, have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and display strong analytical skills, preferably with knowledge of French compensation practices. Proficient English and good French skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits
- Solid analytical skills, including Excel
- Ability to work with data and prepare actionable recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or similar tools
- Fluent in English and French
- German language skills at B1 level or higher
