Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist Total Rewards to support global compensation and benefits activities at Vossloh. Responsibilities include supporting salary reviews, incentive plans, job evaluations, and conducting market benchmarking. Candidates should possess a degree in HR or a related field, at least three years of experience in Total Rewards, and strong analytical skills with familiarity in Excel. Fluency in English and good French skills are required, and knowledge of German at B1 level is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits
- Very good English skills
- Good French skills
- German skills at B1 level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or similar tools
- Fluency in French
- Strong analytical skills
