Job Summary
Senior IAM specialist responsible for day-to-day operation of Identity and Access Management services across multiple platforms, including patching, version upgrades, outage support, and reporting. Manages SSO-related configurations (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Delinea Secret Server), implements governance controls, coordinates across application and infrastructure teams, and drives security enhancements. Performs automation with Java/Linux and PowerShell to extend product capabilities, conducts vulnerability scans and disaster recovery exercises, and communicates security and compliance requirements. Requires 7+ years in large-scale IAM environments, strong collaboration, and experience with AD/MFA/SailPointIdentityNow, PingFederate/ PingAccess, and related IAM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience supporting large scale enterprise Identity and Access Management environments
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Active Directory (AD), MFA, SailPoint IdentityNow, Service Delivery, Change Controls, Incident Management, IT Project Lifecycle
