Job Summary
Own multi-jurisdiction tax compliance by running direct and indirect tax filings, payments, and reporting across dozens of regions while building frameworks from scratch for new entities. Deliver credible tax accounting for current, deferred tax, provisions, and disclosures, ensuring all positions are audit-ready and defensible. Solve real tax problems by researching cross-border transaction implications and developing commercially workable solutions with incomplete data. Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements, balancing technical defensibility with business needs. Monitor regulatory developments globally and improve workflows using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years of relevant tax experience
- Strong foundation in corporate income tax
- Exposure across multiple jurisdictions
- Working knowledge across direct tax compliance
- Working knowledge across indirect tax
- Working knowledge across tax accounting
- Working knowledge across transfer pricing
- Working knowledge across advisory
- Working knowledge across tax risk management
- Ability to brief external tax consultants
- Ability to challenge external tax advice when it doesn't fit business reality
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to translate complex tax positions into language that finance, legal, and business stakeholders can act on
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to think in systems
- Ability to proactively collaborate cross-functionally to unblock the pipeline
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or regulated environments where tax couldn't afford to be slow
Desired Qualifications

- A combination of professional firm training and in-house multinational experience
