Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance in Wroclaw, Poland, responsible for providing advanced operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and external clients; coordinating tax-related regulatory filings; implementing system and operational modifications to comply with significant regulatory changes; updating tax forms and information return layouts; performing second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables; tracking data needed for tax calculations, performing data analysis, and resolving moderately complex data issues; identifying missing data for tax records and liaising with the tax team; offering guidance to less experienced team members while ensuring the quality and completion of own work and contributing to team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business- or legal-related discipline; applications welcomed from all fields of study
- preferably 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- experience in Tax Reporting is beneficial
- familiarity with tax documentation is useful
- strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PC literacy and analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues to client satisfaction
- proven experience with AI implementation in a business environment is an asset
- high level of accuracy and professionalism
- proactive, focused attitude towards work and the ability to meet deadlines
